Ange Postecoglou’s free-flowing attacking system seems to have impressed Neville and the popular pundit has predicted plenty of thrills this season for Tottenham.
He said on Sky Sports after the game: “There will be some thrills here this season under Postecoglou.”
The North London outfit have already scored four goals in two Premier League matches and they have conceded twice as well.
It seems that Tottenham might look to outscore their opposition this season and the fans will certainly lap it up.
The previous managers were criticised for the defensive approach and Tottenham fans will certainly be excited with the change in strategy.
The Australian manager prefers attacking football and Tottenham certainly have the players for that.
The likes of Son Heung-min, James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison could put together an exciting attacking unit, and it remains to be seen whether they can guide Tottenham back into the Champions League by the end of the season.
